CONTROL BOARD ODUNPLUS AND ITS IMPROVEMENT CONTINUES
Abstract
Due to the development of new management models, which have increased the number of objectives and indicators in pursuit of control and effective decision-making, dashboards have become necessary tools for the successful development of business management in the last years. In the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at the Higher Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH), a new computer tool called ODUN has been created that has continuous improvements and makes it a product to follow. ODUNPLUS is a new version of this scorecard that is programmed with free tools and libraries of web technology and under the GNU General Public License (GPL) that allows its free distribution
